Servetray gastronomic brand is a focused movement to help improve the food and drink we consume; whilst looking out for the best interest of our environment (earth & people). The brand is passionate about creating products that are authentic, artisanal, natural, high-quality, functional, creative, and innovative.

I'm a self-taught chef with a passion for poetry, gastronomy and the culinary arts. Servetray story started in Jamaica. That lived experience of the rich food cultural heritage, the spices and herbs, artisanal production, habitual sustainable practices, the vibrant and buzzing street food scene, emphasis on natural ingredients, the importance of flavour depth.
Gastronomy (cultural) and how it impacts how food around the world was made and is still made. The journey continued in the UK when I started experimenting with ingredients from different parts of the world in my home kitchen. The process of creating recipes involves two main factors (1 have to know the product name and the weather has to be sunny).
I never wanted to make another Jerk Sauce. My vision was to help bring awareness and extend my rich Caribbean food cultural heritage (gastronomy and culinary) by creating something new to showcase that the Caribbean has a lot more to offer than 'Jerk'. This was when KAIJANBBEAN Sauce brand was created (first sub-brand of Servetray). This brand is a sauce range that is plant-based, handcrafted in the UK (small batches) using only high-quality natural ingredients (no artificial chemical additives), new flavours, is naturally gluten-free. They're multipurpose sauces that goes well with a variety of food.
Moreover, they're not just sauces, they can also be used as a marinade and dip.
